Biography

	Other sources: Year of birth: 1954. Trivia: Her father was the renowned Cantonese movie actor/director Fung Fung (1) and her older brother is action legend Fung Hak-On. Hitting the big screen at the age of six and the most popular child actor in her time, Fung Bo Bo was nicknamed "Shirley Temple of Hong Kong". Her most memorable films were "Little Artists", "Little Go-between" and "Little Prime Minister". Fung's acting career extended into her adolescence when she starred in "The Mad Bar", "The White Dragon" and "Three Encounters". Later, she decided to take up studies and went to England, where she took courses in design. On her return to Hong Kong, Fung turned to television for development and played in "Yeung Female Warriors", "This Lane is Mine" and "Empress Wu". Fung is still active in the movie industry, and was given the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Hong Kong Film Awards with "92 Legendary La Rose Noire" and "C'est la Vie Mon Cheri". - Hong Kong Tourism Board
