  Officially Born 1909 (Western Calendar) Jan 16th (Chinese Calendar). Born in Anhui, China. Studied in Nanking, majored in Chinese. Moved to Hong Kong in 1948, and then to Taiwan and then to the U.S. in the 1980s. Occupations: Editor of several newspapers, Writer (Nonfiction & fiction), director, scriptwriter, producer, teacher (of acting and directing), and now a bookstore owner!
