Dangerous character with psychological problems Chan Sing, with his gang Leung, Wor Jai, Hat Jai's help, successfully escapes the mental ward. Later, Sing leads the gang with heavy firepower to commit crimes, endangering the lives of average citizens and purposely challenging the police.
