Summary

Ocean Guest House is a cheap guest house in Tsim Sha Tsui, run by Uncle Cheong and his wife. Guests include Dragon (who runs a low class modeling agency), Suzie (a hooker doing businesses with tourists only), Kwong (who pirates pornographic VCDs) and the Cheongs' son Tony - an extremely ruthless drug dealer. A Japanese girl named Uchida Asa comes to Hong Kong hoping to develop her show biz career, but is constantly running into bad luck. Dragon offers to take care of her and puts her up in the Ocean Guest House. Uchida Asa disappears suddenly, and one week later her twin sister Uchida Mio arrives to look for her. Her appearance at the guest house shocks all the guests.
