Assault of Final Rival

Summary: Very bad hair

Not the haircuts, although they are pretty daggy too. Don Wong turns in his usual performance (not much expression but plenty of kickin'). There's a variegated array of talented fighters going against him, as well as two lovely love interests, one of whom is compelled to betray him. For an action film with smouldering glances and all sorts of other references to old Hollywood Westerns, this one is remarkably talky, and there are a few long periods where nothing much happens.

But the fu, when it happens, is worth the wait. Not too bad a way to pass 90 minutes.
