Summary: Nice!

Unique Shaw Brothers offering with semi-multidimensional and -complex characterization. I hope everyone takes home a few messages from this nicely done movie.

Summary: something different

The good guys here really struggle to stand for justice in a corrupt world where 3 people stand against the bribery and evils of there fellow policeman, but this also gets them into a lot of trouble.

You feel sorry for the various tragedies that occur, do not watch this movie with the idea of watching 90 minutes of kung fu fighting, its more of a drama with some swordplay added to it. The ending is tragic, in fact the whole movie is!!

Sometimes the good guys dont always win, worth watching to inspire you that even against the odds, you goto at least TRY!!

This is the flick that started it all for Danny Lee! What? This flick has to be the first role for Danny Lee as a "policeman" in a long line of "cop" flicks. Instead of being a cop in modern times, Danny is Ming constable in this one.
