Reviewed by: ElectraWoman Date: 04/08/2001 Summary: 5/10-Passable but lags I really liked the beginning, with Lam Ching-Ying making a hilarious cameo at Long-Life's one-month birthday. I found the rest of the movie, however, pretty flat, except for sections featuring Hsio's gorgeous body, and the fight scenes where Chung Fat is in action-he's one kewl person to watch :) The really daggy sets and cheapo props almost makes this film endearing but there's too many quiet spots for it to be very entertaining.

Reviewed by: STSH Date: 01/02/2000 Summary: A treat ! The plot description, of necessity, leaves out a lot. There are at least 8 main characters, and the action switches wild between all of them. While the pace of this farce is not always fast, it has many bursts of frantic activity, and the interest never wanes. There's just the right balance of the screamingly funny, the titillating (Hsio has a great body !), the romantic and slam-bang action. Warmly recommended. Reviewer Score: 8
