Reviewed by: jfierro Date: 12/21/1999 Simon Yam is the greatest and craziest illegal road racer in HongKong, Carina Lau is his loyal together. All they want in life is to rob from the innocent and give to themselves. But those mean old cops won't leave them alone. Fortunately, all the cops are idiots. However, when burned out detective Danny Lee is pressured by his wife and boss to pursue the case, you know Simon's in for trouble. This pretty bad movie is partially redeemed towards the end when it focuses more on the undying love between Simon and Carina, and the troubled life of Danny Lee. Still, as the saying goes, it's too little too late.
