No Risk, No Gain

Summary: Good

No Risk No Gain, part 2 of 3 of the Casino Raiders films, is without a doubt the best in the series. However, the ever growing success of gambling films during the late 80’s also meant this topic was beginning to show serious wear. However, it’s still pretty good.

Although I appear to be the first to review this, I don’t really want to go into the story as I think it’s pointless as it’s almost identical to the original Casino Raiders (see reviews on that film). Once again Alan Tam and Andy Lau team up for more gambling scams (though as different characters than the first). Pretty funny comedy most of the time, and the action is on point. Still, to me, this has worn off now, and not as good as it used to be.

Still, any fans of gambling films will find this pretty good I think, and on that basis, I do find it good enough to recommend.
