Summary: LEt down by a poor script

Both Max Mok and Miu Kiu-wai (steals the show) are excellent in this movie, actually all the actors was good, but the script is run of the mill which makes it predictable. Blood and violence with a dash of romance but when your in the triad, there appears to only one way out.

IF not for the actors performances, this would be a real stinker!!What a waste of a great cast of actors to be let down by a tv movie script

This film is among a genre of recent Hong Kong productionsdepicting the "honorable" side of triad activities. The hero-gangster goes after his enemies in bloody and gory detail but remains righteous through it all.

That was a good surprise! I knew that it was suppose to be one of the best film to be inspired from"A BETTER TOMORROW" , but I didn't know it was that good. The "ABT" inspirations are more obvious during the last 20 minutes but it's still very good. Both Max Mok and Miu Kiu-wai are giving some greats performances! Worth seeing!
